UK Boogie Woogie Club Night
The next UK Boogie Woogie club night is on 7th March in Sturminster Newton at the British Legion, starting at 7.30. It's going to be another great night of live music - don't miss it! If you have never been before – come along, you will be very welcome. You can be a temporary member for one night for the princely sum of £3.50, and if you play you don't pay, so come along and join in with resident playing members: Jon Neilson (drums) Chris Davidson (Boogie Bass) Howard Meyrick (Saxophone) and the one and only Julian Phillips on Piano. As well as Dorset boogie woogie players from age 12 upwards, Big John Carter and Henri Herbert will be with us, leaving the Big Smoke for one night to enjoy the country air! There will be an American Supper.
