PRISON OFFICER DUE TO BE SENTENCED

A Portland prison officer who admitted having over 1,000 indecent images of children is being sentenced this week. 48-year-old islander, Francis Hart of Harbour View Road, pleaded guilty to 39 charges of possessing and distributing indecent images.
