"My bike goes faster downhill", is one excuse used by a young motorbike rider caught by Police doing 42 miles per hour on Chickerell Road in Weymouth. The latest figures from Dorset Police's "No Excuse" road safety campaign has shown that over 4,000 offences were processed in the last three months.
