Budget Cuts Mean Cuts In Grass Cutting Says Councillor

Council cuts mean longer grass verges in Dorchester and less regular cutting.
A lack of finances mean the council are just leaving the grass to grow according to councillor Dave Taylor.
He fears major problems could occur, such as the creation of a fire hazard, drain blockages and fly infestations.
Councillor Taylor says long grass in residential areas is not attractive for visitors to the town, and could affect Dorchester's reputation.
