What do you think is the flavour of Dorset?
Dorset County show have announced that Russell Brown, Dorset's only Michelin starred chef will create the first ever flavour to represent a county.
The most popular suggestions, as voted for by Dorset residents will be used to blend a seasoning.
Early indications show that the top four flavours are fennel, chives, thyme and sweet violets.
The finished product will be unveiled at this year's Dorset County Show.
Russell said: "It will be quite tricky to create something really palatable- the sweet violet addition is a bit of a wild card."
"My gut feel is that this will be something that lends itself to savoury dishes. Bass and lamb are certainly possibilities, both of which are in plentiful supply in Dorset."
The Dorset County Show takes place on the 7th and 8th of September.
