A Dorset Hospital worker is racing ahead in the athletics world with a gold medal haul at the Transplant Games.
We've been keeping you up to date with Jon Fox, who underwent a liver transplant as a child, and he now competes in track and field events.
Recently he won gold's in badminton and swimming at the British Transplant Games meet in Sheffield.
It's been a great summer for Jon so far; he raced in the World Transplant Games in Durban in South Africa.
He's who has won medals at previous games, after receiving his liver transplant 16 years ago and has helped coach the GB team too.
Jon says he's delighted with his achievements this year and loves to compete, because it helps raise awareness about transplantation:
"I'm quite happy with my medals, it's just great to get the message across and raise awareness and let people know about transplantation."
