Warning to Boozy Parents in Dorset
10:57am 10th September 2013
Drinking late at night while caring for young children can leave them...and you...more likely to fall victim to accidents in the home.
That's the message to Dorset parents from health partners in the county who have combined to flag up the increased risk of injuries which a mixture of alcohol and tiredness can bring.
They're drawing a parallel with driving late at night having had alcohol...reactions are slower and there's more risk of danger.
The Dorset Safeguarding children Board, NHS Dorset Clinical Commissioning Group and Public Health Dorset have joined forces to highlight the risks.
