Dorchester Play Gets First Reading

After recent casting calls in Dorset for a film based on Thomas Hardye's work... it's now time for Dorchester's sixth community play to set the scene.

Rupert Creed's play 'Drummer Hodge' is based on one of Hardye's most famous poems and will have it's first public reading tonight.

Anyone interested in taking part onstage or off should head to Dorchester Library and Education centre at 7.30pm tonight. (19th September).
