Broadband Roll Out Criticised

2:55pm 26th September 2013

People in rural areas are getting a raw deal, because the roll out of superfast broadband has been mismanaged by ministers, according to the Commons spending watchdog.

A deal worth £31M is set to bring the superfast network to nearly all homes and businesses in Dorset within 3 and half years.

The Watchdog has criticised BT who they say have been allowed to secure a monopoly over the contracts.
