A new scheme has been launched in Weymouth to get people with learning difficulties into work.
The 'Tuck by Truck' scheme will see the service users make up trays of snacks and treats which they will deliver to offices and business across Dorset.
An honest box system will be run and collections will happen weekly.
It is hoping that by having to rotate stock, organise collections, interact with customers and count and handle money, those who involved will learn vital skills that they will need when looking to get work.
Andy Reynolds helped set up the scheme and told Wessex FM: "This just ticks all the boxes.
"They're becoming part of the community and a lot of them are so geared towards finding work.
"We're hoping that because we're going into these businesses on a weekly basis, we'll be able to find them some part-time employment."
The hope is that direct contact between employers and people with learning difficulties will prove to some businesses that they can take them on as members of staff.
