Nottingham Knockers Target Dorchester

11:40am 3rd October 2013

The Nottingham Knockers are targeting Dorchester.

They're a gang of young lads who sell over priced cleaning items but don't have a license to do so.

Police say they've had reports of the gang operating in Dorchester yesterday and think they could still be in the area.

They call on homes - claim to be unemployed and try and flog elderly people over priced cleaning items.

One pensioner bought a couple of dusters for £30  - and they usually give you a sob story too to get more money out of you.

All doorstep callers should have a license from Police - and these guys don't.

The advice is don't buy from doorstep sellers - and don't even open your door to them.
