Plant Pot Innovation in Bridport
8:04am 11th October 2013
A plant pot recycling scheme at Groves Nurseries in Bridport has grown a new offshoot.
They're now working with Cornish Design company "Ashortwalk".
They're turning the plant pots into everything from garden clocks to bird feeders.
All the products are back on sale at Groves.
Charlie Groves, manager at Groves Nurseries said "When Simon Dicker from Ashortwalk approached me the decision to give our recycled flower pots to Ashortwalk seemed like a no brainer. They are a successful British design company who are making good quality and useful products. The fact that we collect the raw materials then end up with the finished product ourselves seemed like too good an example of closed loop recycling to miss."
