Police are trying to track down who's responsible for attacking parked cars in Weymouth.

9 vehicles had their wing mirrors damaged on Dorchester Road in Lodmoor, late on Saturday night (12 October).

Detectives say the malicious act was caused by a pedestrian. No one's been arrested yet.

Police Constable Rob Hoskins, of Weymouth police, said: "This has caused inconvenience to the owners of the cars.

"All reported incidents occurred on the same side of the road as the Hotel Rembrandt and we suspect them to be malicious and caused by a pedestrian.

"I am appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the damage or may have information about those responsible to contact Dorset Police."
