8:03am 2nd November 2013

Downton Abbey creator Julian Fellowes is in Dorchester tonight talking about his love for film.

The star writer is hosting an evening at the Corn Exchange (7pm) where he'll chat to the audience about his top 5 film moments of all time.

Money raised on the night goes towards West Stafford Village Hall.

They'll be an interval with refreshments and then an open Q&A session after.

Fellowes told Wessex FM it was tricky selecting his all-time favourite films to talk about;

"It is rather hard, but then you also have to think I have to talk about this film. It's not enough to play 3 or 4 minutes of a great movie and say it's terrific; you've got to have something to say about it. I am quite pleased with the films I've selected."
