Frontline Recruitment who has a branch in Weymouth are predicting an upturn in the jobs market in 2014.

The company as a whole has posted record results for the year ending the 31st October 2013.

The recruitment specialists saw their turnover rise by 36% to £12.25 for the 12 months to 31st October.

Profit was up 45% year on year.

Elliot Kidd, director of Frontline Recruitment, said: "Our excellent set of results show that confidence is returning to the jobs market. Employers are now looking to 'try before they buy' with regards to staffing - and they're turning to Frontline, leading to record results for us.

"The vast majority of our clients are now expanding their teams after what has been a very tough few years for them. With confidence returning to the economy we're finding they're ready to take advantage of an increase in orders."

Elliot says Frontline has noticed a definite rise in clients from the manufacturing and construction sectors taking on more staff.
