Thieves In Hot Water After Raid On Plumbing Company

A plumbing and heating business in Weymouth have been burgled.

GMS Plumbing and Heating Supplies in Mckay Way on Lynch Lane Industrial Estate were broken into sometime overnight on Wednesday 19th February.

Thieves took an expensive haul including plumping tools and electric showers.

Police Constable Chris Bevans, of Weymouth police, said: "This crime has caused a lot of inconvenience and expense to the victim.

"I am appealing for anyone who may have witnessed this incident, has seen any suspicious activity or has information about those responsible to come forward.

"I would also like to hear from anyone who has been offered to buy similar goods in unusual circumstances or for suspiciously low prices.

"Anyone with information should call Dorset Police in confidence on 101."

No arrests have been made.
