Climber Rescued From Sea

8:28am 10th March 2014

A climber was rescued yesterday afternoon after being swept into the sea at Anvil Point near Swanage.

He was airlifted by the coastguard to Dorset County Hospital.

His injuries weren't thought to be life threatening.

Meanwhile there was a happy ending to the tale of Marley the 20 week old Cocker Spaniel puppy.

Marley had fallen 200 feet down a cliff east of White Nothe but was safely rescued by Wyke and Lulworth Coastguard teams.
