Dorset Business Talk at Westminster
8:59am 17th March 2014
MP's including South Dorset's Richard Drax have met with members of the Dorset FSB at Westminster to talk about problems facing local businesses.
Hot topics of discussion included competition to banking and ways of lending to businesses.
The meeting is one of two which happen around twice a year ahead of the autumn statement and the budget which is taking place on Wednesday.
Ken Moon, FSB Wessex Chairman, said: 'These meetings are invaluable and provide a great opportunity to speak directly to a number of our local MPs. Small businesses continue to be recognised by Government as key to our economic future, and at meetings like these, we relish the opportunity of highlighting our key areas of concern. We will continue to campaign for positive action.'
