(Updated 1:31pm 19th March 2014)

A coroner in Dorset has recorded a verdict of 'misadventure' at the inquest into the death of a woman who died while coasteering with her brother  last year.

30 year old Charlotte Furness-Smith's body couldn't be reached despite the efforts of rescue services, when she became trapped at Tilly Whim Caves at Durlston near Swanage in November.

Her brother Alex managed to escape to raise the alarm. Charlotte's body's never been found.
