Police Appeal After 4 Car Crash In Weymouth

Dorset Police have issued an appeal after 4 car crash in Weymouth.

It happened the Sunday before last. (6 April)

The 4 way was at the Junction of Chickerell Road and Lynch Road at around 1pm.

A grey Renault Laguna was travelling towards the Granby Industrial Estate when it hit a Honda and a black Vauxhall.

The Honda then collided with a Volkswagen.  Dorset Police had to close the road and are appealing for anyone who saw what happened to get in touch on 101.

Luckily no one suffered any serious injuries.

Police Constable Nick Gravenor, of Weymouth Police, said: "The road was closed for about an hour and a half in order for officers to investigate the scene and for paramedics to treat the slight injuries of all motorists involved.

"I am appealing for any witnesses and anyone with information about this incident to contact Dorset Police."
