If you're trying to shake off one or two pounds after some Easter excess, spare a thought for 6 local ladies who are celebrating a monumental weight loss.
Between them they've shed 47 stone.
The slimmers have been rewarded with a makeover at the Dorchester Beauty Therapy and Skin Care Centre and a photo shoot with Greg Cameron Day Photography.
Rose from the Cambridge Weight Plan in Durngate Street says being a healthy weight is life changing.
"Everyone likes to look good but the big thing is health, and that's a massive issue down here. It's getting worse. Because I lost my weight I have come off blood pressure tablets. I can walk again. I was paralysed after a nasty accident, but because I lost the weight I was able to have an operation. It changes your life totally."
Jodie Martinez in Bridport lost 5 stone and has 2 to go. She's says it's given her and her partner new hope of becoming parents:
"We were told that we might not be able to have children naturally but that's pretty much gone now and we can start trying again. So it's a huge health and lifestyle change."
Debbie Ferris from Weymouth lost 7 stone.
"I've got 8 grandchildren and it means I can run around after them now without getting out of breath. Losing the weight has changed my life."
