Amy Latham

(Updated 11:04am 1st July 2014)

Concern is growing for a missing teenage girl in Dorset.

18 year old Amy Latham was last seen at her home along Walford Gardens in Wimborne yesterday morning (Monday 30th June).

She took her mobile phone but didn't take any money or clothes.

Chief Inspector Debbie Marsden, of Dorset Police, said: "I understand that Amy has been very upset recently and her family is concerned that she may come to some harm.

"She took her mobile and last made contact with a friend at 2.30pm but since then we have been unable to contact her. She does not have access to a car.

"It is important that Amy, or anyone who knows of Amy's whereabouts, comes forward as soon as possible.

"I urge Amy to get in touch - we simply need to know that you are safe and well."

Amy is white, around six feet tall and of slim build. She has dark shoulder length hair which she normally wears down. It is believed that she may be wearing black skinny jeans and a dark coloured hoody."

Anyone who may know of her whereabouts can contact Dorset Police on 101.
