"It's now a health and safety issue."
That's the reaction from one business in Hardye Arcade in Dorchester, after large lumps of concrete have fallen from the walls of the building overnight.
Stuart Jury is from County Town Butchers. They've been asking the building's owners to act for a while.
"The building suffers from a bit of concrete cancer. And this is the things that happen. I think it's now a health and safety issue with the arcade. People are worried what's going to happen next. If it hurts somebody its going to be a huge problem."
Wessex FM has contacted Freshwater Property Management.
Contractors been called out to assess the damage.
