Dorchester Cyclist In "Hairy" Fund Raising Challenge

A Dorchester man has come up with a "hairy" way of getting more of his friends to sponsor him for a major charity cycling challenge.
Adam Crabb said if he hits his £500 target by Friday - he'll get his legs waxed.
His boss has now put in the cash which means he's raised £510 and will be heading to Akemi Spa in Dorchester at the end of the week.
Adam told Wessex FM how he was feeling;
''I am pretty nervous, I have had people telling me to take different painkillers beforehand but it is all for a good cause.''
Adam is training for Ride London next month, where he will cycle 100 miles for his chosen charity, Prostate Cancer UK.
He added why he wanted to raise the money for Prostate Cancer UK;
''A lot gets done for women's breast cancer which is brilliant and I just thought it would be nice to do something for a male charity that is not as publicized.
''Men don't like talking about this type of thing so it's trying to raise awareness for that and show that their is support out there for people.''
Adam now has a new target of £750 and hopes to raise this by Ride London on the 10th August.
