Today's your first chance to tell council bosses in Weymouth how you'd like to see the town centre develop over the next 10 years.
Residents and businesses are being asked what they think the most important issues are for putting together a master plan.
The vision for the plan is to create a thriving town centre that's a vibrant place to live, work and play, which offers diversity in housing, amenities and services.
A pop up event is being held today and tomorrow on the Esplanade in Weymouth, near to the Kings Statue.
Cllr Ray Nowak, Briefholder for Economic Regeneration at Weymouth & Portland Borough Council, said: "I would really encourage people to come along, have a chat to our officers and provide your extremely valuable feedback.
"Community involvement is at the heart of the masterplan and we are really keen to hear from everybody."

Having listened to feedback from the public, local businesses and partners, a working group will look at providing a direction and focus to develop the plan.
It is hoped an agreed strategy will be in place by early 2015.
Julie Cleaver, President of Weymouth and Portland Chamber of Commerce hopes everyone will go along and have their say. She told Wessex FM what she would like to see from the plan.
"The council has a lot of influence when it comes to the use of land, they own quite a few buildings. We have quite a few shops in the town which are vacant so it would be good to look at the planning restrictions on those."
The display's will be at:
The Esplanade near the beach office on Thursday 14 August and Friday 15 August
9.30am to 5.30pm and at New Bond Street outside Debenhams on Tuesday 26 August and Wednesday 27 August
