Dorset Designed Website For Partially Sighted

9:00am 31st August 2014

A revolutionary website designed in Dorset for blind and partially sighted people has just been launched and is being hailed as a national step forward.

The site features very large font, simple and brief text and clear and minimal design for simple navigation.

The RNIB stress that being able to use computers for work and leisure are a key tool for blind and partially sighted people.

The Dorset Blind Association whose aim is to make life better for blind and partially sighted people made the website that reflected that philosophy.

Jaya Da Costa the charity's Fundraising Manager says " We really hope that our efforts to put our beneficiaries first in this way will allow us to stand out from other charities"
