Poundbury's getting social housing named, not after its landlord, but his grandson.
The Royal Family have agreed to the accommodation and support services for five adults with learning disabilities to be called 'Prince George House'.
It's close to another of East Boro Housing's supported living schemes, appropriately named 'Cambridge Court'.
They run a similar facility at Digby Court in Edward Road, Dorchester, which houses eight tenants with learning disabilities.
The organisation developed schemes to accommodate residents of the recently decommissioned Douglas Jackman House, which was run by Dorset County Council.
