There's been an unprecedented demand for staff according to a Weymouth recruitment agency.
Frontline Recruitment is reporting a huge leap in revenues for the third quarter of 2014.
They’ve seen a major upturn in the job market this year which they are putting down to businesses being more confident than ever since the end of the recession.
It means they're looking for more candidates to help meet the growing demand from employers.
Co-founder of the company Tony Wilmot: "It's clear that with record numbers of people now in work, that buoyancy is back in the economy.
We're looking to take advantage of that by continuing to service established clients as well as the new ones who are coming to us in search of the best workforce as we enter the busy Christmas period."
The rise in placements has come as no surprise to Frontline Recruitment, which predicted an upturn in the jobs market in 2014 after posting record results last year.
