First Bus Boss Named "Manager Of The Year"

He's been looking after over a thousand staff and nearly 500 vehicles at 11 different depots but now the Managing Director of First Dorset is celebrating all of his hard work after being named 'Manager of the Year'.
Marc Reddy picked up the coveted accolade at the 10th annual routeOne awards that were attended by 790 industry guests.
When he's not managing services in Hampshire and Berkshire as well as Dorset - Marc is also a volunteer Coastguard Rescue Officer in his spare time.
He was present with the award by comedian Tim Vine and said; "It's a tremendous honour to be be recognised in this way by one of the industry's most respected publications and I dedicate this award to my fantastic team at Hampshire, Dorset and Berkshire."
