We can have our say on how future generations will be able to look back at Bridport's past.
Bridport Museum have secured initial support from the Heritage Lottery Fund to completely transform the inside of the building and all of its displays and now they want to find out what we would like to see.
Curator of the Museum Emily Hicks says there are some very exciting developments being put forward.
She told Wessex FM: "We have lots of machinery that we're hoping to put back together as a lot of it's currently resting in storage in pieces."
"We're going to try and employ a conservator to rebuild it, so people can see how rope and net were made in the past."
You can make your voice heard at a public event on 11th February at 2pm in the Town Hall.
