Mental Health Patients Stage Photography Exhibition
8:43am 26th June 2012
A photography exhibition opens in Weymouth today - and each picture's been taken by someone who's recovering from mental illness.
The work's the result of a photography group set up in Weymouth a few months ago for people receiving support from a charity called Rethink Mental Illness.
The exhibition at the Mulberry Gallery in Weymouth Library aims to raise awareness that one in four people in Weymouth will experience a problem with their mental health at some point in their lives.
All the pictures were taken around Weymouth and Portland.
The free event takes place from 26th to the 30th June, and will be open from 10.30am - 12pm each day.
