Have Your Say on South Dorset's Roads
7:55am 2nd July 2012
People in South Dorset are being asked to give their views on the County's highways and local transport services.
The County Council is one of 75 local authorities in England and Wales taking part in the new survey.
It covers all aspects of highway and transport services, from the condition of roads to the quality of local bus services. It allows local authorities to compare results, share best practice and identify opportunities to work together in the future.
The questionnaire will be sent to at least 4,500 residents from Monday (2 July); responses are needed by Friday 3 August. Since the survey is based on a sample, residents who receive a copy are being urged to take part.
