Dog Survives 100ft Cliff Fall

10:00am 21st August 2012

A dog has fallen 100 feet down a Dorset cliff and stunned its owners by making its own way back home.

Swanage Coastguard Rescue officers were called out to Peverill Point yesterday morning, after the black Labrador went over the edge of the cliff while chasing a bird.

They then received a call from the animal's owners saying the dog was back home and was miraculously uninjured.
