The Rainbow flag will be flying in Dorchester today for its fourth Love Parade.
The family-friendly gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender event will celebrate all things diverse with a wig tossing competition and music.
There will also be donkey rides and other rural activities.
Neil Coad, known as Dame Coad for his live act, says: "Please, please, please whatever you're doing, if you could drop in for one hour, it will be great to see you. There will be a fabulous carnival atmosphere, lots of good music and if you can just pop in and say hello, we will be very, very pleased to see you."
Neil says the event has got bigger and better over the years and thinks it will continue for many years to come.
Music starts at 1pm at the Maumbury Rings, which features Vanilla Radio, Ms Cookie Monster, DJ Matty H, All About Gaga and The Dinnerladies.
Cafe Jagos will host an after party from 8pm.
The parade kicks off from 1.30 at the Town Pump.
