Condor Sees Rise In Bookings

8:38am 29th August 2012

Condor Ferries are celebrating a 49% rise in bookings on its short breaks in the past two weeks compared with 2011.

The Ferry company says there was a surge in late bookings.

Alicia Andrews, Director of Sales and Marketing at Condor Ferries, said: "It's been great to see our short breaks given such a boost this late in the summer season. Our main destinations of Jersey and Guernsey are the perfect destination for a shorter break, with families having to travel just a short distance to find warm weather, beautiful beaches and a host of great attractions."
