Pet Dog Rescued After Getting Stuck in CD Rack in Dorchester

A pet dog has been rescued after becoming trapped in a CD rack at his owner's home in Crossways.

Dorset Fire and Rescue rescued the pup on Dick O the Banks road this afternoon (Friday 31st August 2012).

The springer spaniel, named Benji, was investigating his owners taste in music when he got his paw became stuck in the racks metal frame.

It took fire-fighters 15 minutes to cut him free.

Benji was taken to the vets for a check-up and is thought to be OK.

The question remains, what song was he looking for? Perhaps 90's pop hit .... Who let the dogs out?
