Dorset Charity Boosted by Lottery Funding to Help Projects

Nearly one million pounds has been given to a Dorset charity that tackles food and fuel poverty.
Dorset Community Action helps isolated elderly people to heat their homes, as well as supporting vulnerable fishing and farming communities affected by climate change.
They will be using the Big Lottery funding to help local communities particularly in Dorchester and Bridport.
