New Road Network in Place to Ease Congestion Caused by Paralympic Games
11:40am 3rd September 2012
With the Paralympics underway in Weymouth, motorists are being warned of possible disruption during the Games.
A special route network designed to minimise congestion started at the weekend, covering the A31 and A35 in Dorset, as well as the A354 through Weymouth.
Stopping or parking is not allowed along the Westwey Road - Portland Road corridor but buses and taxis will be running along it as normal.
The restrictions will continue until the 6th of September.
