Schools from Dorset are going green and learning French by teaming up with pupils from across the channel in an EU funded eco drive.
Pupils from 10 schools will be part of the new "Sustainable Energy" project.
It's all about learning how to curb their energy usage and choosing more renewable energy.
It's hoped children will also pick up some useful language skills from their French peers.
Robert Gould, Dorset County Council's cabinet minister for environment, said: "We all have our part to play when it comes to the environment, but it's so important that children learn this now so they can continue to make a difference throughout their lives and teach future generations how to be eco friendly."
