Tree To Celebrate Historic Events In Wool

Two of the greatest events to grace South Dorset this past decade will be commemorated this morning (Tuesday 9th October 2012).

A special tree planting ceremony is taking place in Wool to remember the Queens Diamond Jubilee and Olympic Torch celebrations through the village.

HM Lord Lieutenant of Dorset, Mrs Anthony Pitt-River will plant the Acer at Millennium Square at 10:30am.
