Serial Tool Thief in Puddletown

police tape

1:30pm 11th October 2012

Do you keep expensive tools in your shed or garage? If you do ... Make sure it's safe and secure.

That's the latest bit of advice from Dorset Police's Community Safety Teams after a number of break-ins around Puddletown in recent weeks.

Items like power tools and chainsaws were stolen.

They say a good idea is to reverse your vehicle up against doors so they can't be opened.

If you do discover your vehicle or property has been broken into, Police advice is to leave the scene untouched and call them on 101 as soon as possible.
