Dorset's new Police and Crime Commissioner's welcomed Government plans to beat binge drinking.
Martyn Underhill says one of the biggest drivers behind the problem in Dorset is young people getting drunk before they even get to town.
Mr Underhill thinks setting a minimum price of 45 pence per unit and forcing supermarkets to end 'two-for-one' offers will reduce alcohol related incidents in Dorset.
