Donkeys, Goats and Birds of Prey will join Portland residents at Easton's Christmas Promise tonight (7th of December).

As well as attractions such as face painting, musical groups and a walking nativity, around 30 businesses will stay open until 9pm.

The fun starts at 5pm, with the event being opened in Easton Gardens by the Major of Portland, Mrs Sylvia Bradley, followed by carols round the tree.

Free parking is available courtesy of Tesco in their car park.
