Julia's House in Dorset is among the children's hospices set to benefit from the sales of X Factor winner James Arthur's debut single.
Impossible is the fastest selling single of the year so far - and proceeds are going to Together For Short Lives - the leading UK charity for children with life limiting conditions.
James Arthur said: "To everyone who bought the single, thank you very, very much. The fact that it was in aid of Together for Short Lives, which is a great cause and a great charity, I think that really helped."
Julia's House said: "Our share of the proceeds will go towards our work supporting children with life-limiting conditions and their families. Every single bought will make a difference and help us offer a lifeline to these children and families, who are ordinary people leading extraordinary lives."
