Council Mark Diamond Jubilee Year

Wessex iPhone App

7:50am 21st December 2012

West Dorset's New Council offices have celebrated the Queen's Diamond Jubilee year.

In a ceremony attended by district councillors, a commemorative plaque has been placed next to a lime tree outside.

West Dorset District Council had decided to downsize to smaller, greener and cheaper offices at Charles Street, Dorchester to save money.

If you fancy a look around, the offices are now open to the public.
