Dalmatian Spotted At West Bay Wallow

Neil Legg with Tilly and Scruff at West Bay, where he will take part in the annual sea wallow to raise cash for Woodlands Farm Strays.

8:38am 26th December 2012

If you spot a very large Dalmatian this Boxing Day plunging into West Bay sea, don't call the coastguard yet.

Local man, Neil Legg will be joining the Annual West Bay Wallow today dressed as a dog.

He is raising money for local charity, Woodland Farm Strays, who rescue and re-home stray dogs.

Neil, when he was volunteering at Woodland Farm Kennels, adopted a dog himself.

Woodland Farm Strays is a charity set up by Bridport couple, Alan and Mary Bull, who run Woodland Farm Kennels.

If you would like to donate, or find out more about the Kennels or the charity, head to their website here:

Last year 120 people took part in the event run by the Bridport Round Table.

It's free to enter and starts at midday.
