£40K for National Trust Dorset Project
12:05am 30th December 2012
The National Trust hopes a new funding grant will inspire a new generation in Dorset.
They've been awarded over 40 thousand pounds to develop a ground-breaking ecological study over the Studland peninsula.
Over the next 3 years volunteers will examine how a range of factors have affected the natural heritage site that remains unspoiled.
The study is called the Cyril Diver Project, and project officer David Brown said; "This is a fantastic opportunity for people to become involved in a project of both scientific and historical interest."
