Review Says Improvements Needed to Weymouth's Bus Service

More needs to be done to improve bus quality and punctuality in Weymouth, that's according to a new report.
It's a year since the towns Transport Package was put in place.
The scheme, that cost over 9 million pounds, was implemented to upgrade Weymouth's transport network in time for the Olympic Games.
Dorset County Council's one year review into the Transport Package found buses are still turning up late though with some services unreliable.
Public satisfaction has been lower than expected as well.
But it's not all bad news, journey times for all traffic have improved and air quality and pedestrian safety around town is much better too.
The Council says they're working to iron-out any problems.
