Bridport 'The Day The Town Turned Vinyl'
9:10am 2nd March 2013
LP and singles record collectors are taking over Bridport today.
The town's quarterly vinyl record fair has now grown so much it's had to find larger premises.
Previously held at venues including the Electric Palace and The Ropemakers, and with the theme continued on market stalls, today's main event's been transferred to the United Church in East Street.
Organiser Roy Gregory says it attracts visitors from across the UK and as far away as the USA.
He says other market stalls which also put out records for the event justify the slogan organisers are using for today's event...'The Day The Town Turned Vinyl.'
