Royal Jigsaw Cut Today

4:27pm 20th March 2013

The first cut of a jigsaw that will end up in the Queen's Sandringham residence was witnessed in Weymouth today (20th March).

Dave Evans started cutting his 40,000 piece wooden puzzle in Brewers Quay at midday.

He hopes it'll break two Guinness World Records.

Dave will continue to cut his jigsaw in public at the Quay until it's finished, he estimates it will take around 200 hours of work.

His efforts are being streamed live around the world at this website: http://www.worldrecordjigsaw.com/
